It should be reminded that the Supreme Judicial Council nominated Rubik Mkhitaryan, Arsen Nikoghosyan and Artur Sargsyan for that position at the sitting on June 29. However, as a result of the secret ballot, the candidates were not elected. 29 deputies voted for Rubik Mkhitaryan’s candidacy, 0 - for Arsen Nikoghosyan, 33 - for Artur Sargsyan.
